someone once gave me some advice. it wasnt very good advice, and i definitely cant remember who it came from, all i know it was from one of my player guy friends.

hated the statement the moment i heard it, but it seems to have some truth to it.

Its time for the Atkins diet, once again!
so yes, ive started on the atkins diet once again. my fifth day in.
first three days was hell. was craving carbs at every second of the day. worst experience was yesterday, walked into a bakery with my brother cause he was hungry. literally ran out of the store. haha!
now onto my fifth day, i actually dont feel the want for carbs anymore, thank good. so the initial phase of this diet is two...
